A Check-In details the decorative state of the property and provides a full schedule of condition. Before a Check-In can be carried out an Inventory of the property needs to be produced. Again, this can be called upon in the event of any dispute relating to deductions from the tenancy deposit at the end of the tenancy. If you instruct Topline Property Management to arrange for a Check-In to be carried out on your behalf, we will obtain an agreement from the tenants that they will pay for the cost of a Check-Out at the end of the tenancy.
